MedEngage® Portal Guide : How to login, upload your patient data and send bulk SMS in MedEngage® portal

How to Login into MedEngage® Portal ?

If you are using the  MedEngage®  Portal for the first time:

First-time Log-in:

The hospital / healthcare has to provide an email address and mobile number of the concerned authority who shall be responsible for the usage of MedEngage as per the agreement.

The hospital account will be created on our MedEngageⓇ platform (such as hospitalname.medengage.co) by our software team and the details of the accounts will be shared with you through email to the concerned administrator. The user can register on the MedEngageⓇ portal with the use of provided credentials.

First Time Password Generation:

Steps You need to follow:

1) You can generate your unique password by clicking "forgot password link".

                 

2) The click on the forgot password link will take you to another page asking for your email-id.

Enter your registered email id and click send OTP. An automated OTP (one-time user code) will be sent as an SMS to your registered phone number and email.

       

3) Enter the OTP and you will be directed to the page to generate your unique password.

       

Look for the OTP email in your spam folder if not available in the inbox.  Do not share your password with anyone and log out of the system every time when you are not using it. Sharing your password with others makes your data susceptible to theft or inappropriate use.



How to upload phone numbers to activate Feedback SMS ? 

1) Login into your MedEngage® portal. Go to Patients > Uploads to upload an excel file containing phone numbers of patients.

2) In the Upload section, Click on + at Top Left of the Screen.

 

3) File selection pop-up will ask you to select a file for upload. You can upload .xls or .xlsx files from your computer.

   

4) After selecting the correct file Click on YES.

               

Once uploaded, we will trigger a customized SMS on behalf of Hospital with a link to share Feedback. All feedback received will be tracked and analyzed in MedEngage® Portal. You will receive real-time information on feedback and tickets generated by email and SMS.

5) You will be able to see detailed individual feedback and tickets in the Feedback section.
